- All Tromso floating shelf options are 1/4" thick steel. Don’t be fooled by the slim look, these are heavy shelves and will need to anchor into solid material to secure them.
- Tromso is finished with a durable, baked-on powder coating designed to last
- Choose any length by the inch, from 6" to 84" and depth, from 4" to 12"
- Must be installed into solid material. Do NOT install in drywall only. These are solid steel shelves engineered out of heavy material to hold a ton of weight

- Powder coated carbon steel does not equal waterproof. If water has direct and constant contact with the shelf, like in a shower or outdoors it will rust and is not covered under warranty.

Care Tips
Keep your new merch looking killer! For light cleaning, gently wipe wood shelves using a soft moist cloth and warm water, then dry immediately. For additional care and protection we recommend Howard Wood care products to clean, polish and condition.
Step 1
If using a mild cleaner, dilute it in a warm bucket of water
Step 2
Immerse a clean microfiber cloth into the bucket then wring it out
Step 3
Gently wipe surface clean
Step 4
Repeat steps as needed

I have purchased 6 pieces of the TROMSO 5 Steel Floating Shelf (42 length each ) . These shelves look GREAT ! It is both functional and aesthetically pleasing . Very clean lines ! They are very well made ! We are very please with the product ! Moreover, People from Shelfology were all very helpful and friendly ! I was able to received these items on time and without any issues importing them to Vancouver BC Canada . I would consider buying them again for my other projects in the future!

Love how the shelf looks (and it's obvious that's it's very well-made). Unfortunately, 1/4" thick steel makes it just too heavy for hanging *only* on dry wall. Where I wanted to locate it didn't have studs that I could screw into.
