We’ll always apply the lowest available rate to your order—no guesswork needed.

If your order ships within the contiguous U.S., is under 24" long, and weighs 40 lbs or less, it qualifies for free economy ground shipping.

Larger orders? No problem. We’ll still get you the best available rate—including LTL freight for anything over 124 lbs or over 84-inches long. Rates are calculated in real time based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.

Returns

Most items are made to spec just for you and can’t be returned. That includes all shelving, hooks, cabinet pulls, bookends, poster hangers, swag (like tees or hats), and any stock or made-to-measure items customized beyond the options on our site.

If something arrives with a defect, we’ve got your back. We’ll repair or replace it—no stress. Warranty coverage varies by product, so check out our Warranty Page for the full scoop on your item.
