If your order ships within the contiguous U.S., is under 24" long, and weighs 40 lbs or less, it qualifies for free economy ground shipping.
Larger orders? No problem. We’ll still get you the best available rate—including LTL freight for anything over 124 lbs or over 84-inches long. Rates are calculated in real time based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.

Love my new mantel, made possible with my bracket from Shelfology. The beam was over 200 pounds, and I was really worried about the bracket holding up and being secure. Now that it is up, I have absolutely no worries. It is so strong!

I have used several of the Glenn HD brackets in the past. All of them were used for 8x8 solid wood mantels, which are heavy. They have all held up perfectly over the years. The only concern that I have is that my last install was a mantel over an outdoor fireplace.

The Glenn Floating Mantel Bracket is a great product. Easy to use and very solid.
My hand hewn barn beam mantel came in at 82 pounds and this bracket easily holds it. The only suggestion I have would be to include a template for drilling and routing out the beam. Other than that, this is a great product!

I obtained a rough-sawn beam of Douglas Fir to use as the mantel for a re-facing of my existing fireplace (i.e. transition from a '90s drywall around the fireplace insert to a slate tile). Bracket worked great! I'd be glad to send photos as I don't do social media.
