    Damaged item with very poor customer service

    Ordered 2 winkler blue wink triangle corner shelves, I received one damaged. I contacted the customer service and their solution was "We can offer to refurbish the shelf if you would like to send it back to us and cover shipping to and from". They also blamed FedEx for the damage although the items were well wrapped and not a single damage on the package !

    Also the color was very different from the one advertised.

    CHEAP QUALITY PRODUCT FROM A CHEAP COMPANY !

Regarding the color variation, we do our best to accurately represent finishes in our product photography; however, slight differences can occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the nature of the materials themselves. Ordering samples is the best recommendation to ensure the lighting in your home gives the best representation of the colors we have available.
