What You’ll Need
Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated by weight, size and the delivery address of the order. Orders within our free shipping rules will ship via FedEx ground for free.
When an order does not fit our free shipping rules you will be charged common carrier rates and ship via freight. Common carrier rates are 15% of your merchandise total. We will contact you 1-2 days in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.
Once an order leaves our shop it’s up to the carrier to get it to your door safely. Once they’ve delivered it to your door it is your responsibility to receive it safely. We offer order protection for any issues during shipping. Shelfology offers this service because we can not replace your orders for free if they are damaged, stolen or lost. We do not refund shipping fees.

Items within our standard shipping rules will ship via FedEx ground for free.
When an order exceed 80 inches and/or 150 pounds they ship via common carrier. Common carrier rates are 12% of your merchandise total. You will be contacted 1-2 days in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.

Returns
If you aren’t stoked with your purchase, notify us within 10 days of receipt and we will take it back for a full refund or exchange it.
If something arrives damaged or defective, let us know and we will make arrangements for an expert to repair, replacement parts or refund if necessary.
Original delivery fees are non-refundable and additional shipping fees may apply.
